What can I expect?

  • As always, we will continue to maintain the highest level of service, standards of safety and cleanliness, while implementing updated preventative measures and practices.

  • Our entrance will be locked, and because of occupancy restrictions we will not be utilizing our waiting area. When arriving for your appointment we ask that you wait outside (Not standing directly in front of the door). We will text you when we are ready and then buzz you in when you are at the door. 

  • We will be asking you to sanitize your hands after entering.

  • We will be taking your temperature with an infrared sensor.

  • We will not be serving beverages (we are very sorry about this).

  • We will not have any available reading material (we are even more sorry about this).

  • Our chairs will be spaced 6 feet apart or more. 

  • To minimize contact, You will be checking out of your appointment with your stylist. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex and Apple/Google Pay. No Cash. If paying with Apple or Google pay please make sure these applications are set up and up to date prior to your appointment. If you aren’t confident with your phone please bring an alternative form of payment.


What can you do to help us?

  • As always, if you are sick, think you may be sick, or have been around people who are sick, please reschedule your appointment. If you are showing any signs of being sick we reserve the right to refuse service.

  • Please bring a mask that loops around your ears. If you do not have one, we have them available to purchase. This mask must be worn at all times.

  • Please come alone. Due to occupancy restrictions we cannot allow friends or family to come to your appointment with you.

  • Please keep personal items to a minimum.

  • Please come with clean hair if you are only getting a haircut. All color services will include a shampoo and wash. Because of regulations we are operating with limited shampoo space. It is very possible that you will not get a blow dry. The need for a blowdry will come down to the opinion of the stylist. If we cannot/need not blowdry your hair we promise to do everything we can to make your hair wearable for when you leave the salon.

  • Please come with a positive attitude, an open mind, and an open heart. This is all new to us too.
